Becca’s Gluten Free Brownies
You can sprinkle the top with coconut or chocolate chips if you so desire! |
¨
3 sticks of butter
¨
2 cups of evaporated cane juice
¨
1 cup of cocoa powder
¨
6 eggs
¨
1 teaspoon of vanilla
¨
1 cup of peanut butter (I like the freshly
ground at the store kind)
¨
1 teaspoon of baking soda
¨
¼ teaspoon of salt
¨
½ cup of coconut flour
1.
Melt all of the butter over medium heat.

While your butter is melting, get a big bowl and
put in all of your sugar and cocoa powder and mix it all up.
3.
When the butter is melted add it to your sugar
and cocoa powder and mix it well.
4.
Then beat the eggs in one at a time.
5.
Put in the peanut butter and mix it well.
6.
Now the vanilla, mix it.
7.
Now put in the salt and baking powder.
8.
Pour the mixture into a greased 10x14 pan and
put into the oven for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
9.
Let cool (if you can stand it) and enjoy!
